...about cooking. I got these new spice racks today via Amazon. They were $30.00 each. I actually ordered them 3 weeks ago but finally picked them up from FedEx today.
Since I have to get up tomorrow at 6am for class (GADS!), I put it together after work and I already love it! They hold 27 containers each! Who would have thought I'd have so many frickin' spices?!? I previously had a double-stacked lazy Susan but that bitch was too fat for my cupboard so one of the doors would hang out and that always peeved me.
The space is so much better than the common spice racks from BBB and outlet stores!
I also made this dish tonight. I think it was about 8 WW points. I call it the "Carnita Salad". Ya know those Carnitas that you find at Costco?? I found the same brand but smaller @ Nob Hill Foods. I found the tortillas from Trader Joe's (Organic) and they're like 2 points (vs. 3 or 4 points for reg).
